Participant Agreement

Last updated 20 July 2026

1. Mutual confidentiality

The programme involves founders sharing real company information - and the organiser sharing real examples from inside ChargedUp. Before the programme begins, every participant signs a mutual confidentiality agreement covering:

  • Information shared by other participants about their companies
  • ChargedUp systems, dashboards, workflows and internal examples
  • Discussions, questions and materials shared within the cohort

2. Cohort conduct

  • Direct competitors will not be placed in the same cohort
  • Participants use what they learn inside their own companies
  • Recordings and materials must not be shared outside the participating company
  • Sensitive customer and employee information is removed from all examples

3. Attendees

The cohort is founders only - this keeps discussion open and honest. Participants may use the materials, templates, code and recordings with their own teams inside their own company, but recordings and materials must not be shared outside it.

4. The full agreement

The signed agreement is issued during onboarding, after approval and payment. This page summarises its intent; the signed document is the binding version.
