1. The programme
AI-Native Founder is an eight-week hybrid implementation programme for founders, delivered by Hugo Tilmouth, a sole trader (“the organiser”). Sessions run on Friday afternoons, 1:00pm–4:00pm UK time, starting Friday 4 September 2026, and may be attended in person or live through Google Meet. Session recordings are available to participants for one year.
2. Applications and eligibility
The programme is for founders of revenue-generating companies. Applications are reviewed before places are offered. The organiser may approve, decline or waitlist applications at their discretion, including to avoid placing direct competitors in the same cohort. Approved applicants receive a private Luma payment link; no payment is taken before approval.
3. Price and payment
The Founder Ticket costs £999 total and covers one founder. The cohort is founders only. No VAT is added. Payment is taken through Luma.
4. Minimum cohort and refunds
The programme will proceed once 10 approved founders have paid. If the minimum is not reached by the confirmation deadline, all payments will be refunded in full. Once the cohort is confirmed, payments are non-refundable. Participants may request to transfer their place to another approved founder, subject to approval and competitor restrictions.
5. Materials and licence
Participants may adapt and use the supplied code, templates and materials inside their own companies, including commercially. Course materials and recordings may not be resold, redistributed or used to create a competing training product.
6. Support
Participants can submit implementation questions and technical blockers between sessions through the private cohort group. Support is intended to help participants progress through the programme and does not include building complete custom systems on their behalf.
7. Confidentiality
All participants will sign a mutual confidentiality agreement before the programme begins. See the Participant Agreement for details.
8. No guaranteed outcomes
The programme teaches architecture, tools and working practices. It does not guarantee any particular commercial or financial outcome for any participant or company.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
