1. Who we are

This site is operated by Hugo Tilmouth, sole trader, for the AI-Native Founder programme. You can contact us at hugo@chargedup.green.

2. What we collect

When you apply for the programme, we collect the information you provide in the application form, including:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your company name, website, role, team size and revenue band
• Descriptions of your company, customers, competitors, technology and goals

We also collect anonymised usage analytics (page views and interaction events) to understand how the site is used.

3. How we use it

• To review your application and manage the cohort
• To avoid placing direct competitors in the same cohort
• To contact you about your application and, if approved, payment and onboarding
• To improve the programme and this website

We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

4. Where it is stored

Application data is stored in Supabase. Emails are sent through our email provider. Payments are handled by Luma under their own privacy policy - we do not store card details.

5. Retention and your rights

We keep application data for as long as needed to run the programme and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hugo@chargedup.green.
